Official Weigh-In results for LION FIGHT 65 on UFC FIGHT PASS
The official weigh-in for LION FIGHT 65 was held today with two title fights and an action-packed main card ready to go for Friday night.
Lion Fight 65 goes down tomorrow night (Friday, April 9) airing exclusively on UFC Fight Pass,
the world’s leading digital subscription service for combat sports. The five-bout Lion Fight on UFC Fight Pass event will stream live beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET / 7:00 p.m. CT / 5:00 p.m. PT / 12:00 a.m. Saturday GMT from Topeka, Kansas, USA.
The main event will crown the inaugural Lion Fight Women’s North American Lightweight champion in a battle between Puerto Rico’s Angela “Riptide” Whitley and Canada’s Taylor “Tay-Tay” McClatchie. Whitley and McClatchie both weighed in at 131.6 lbs. / 59.7 kg.
In the co-main event, Lion Fight will see its first-ever North American Super Welterweight champion as fan favorite Jake “Lee” Peacock meets Kaleb Hunter. Peacock, who competes with only one fully developed arm, weighed in at 149.8 lbs. / 67.9 kg, and Hunter made the limit at 150.0 lbs. / 68.0 kg on his second attempt. Hunter was 152.2 lbs. / 69.0 kg on his first attempt and forfeited 10% of his purse.
