New signings continue as Lion Fight sets the stage for busy 2021 campaign

As LION FIGHT launches its 2021 schedule with Lion Fight 63 on February 12th, the promotion has further stocked its shelves with talent for the debut season exclusively on UFC FIGHT PASS®.

Highlighting the list is reigning Lion Fight World Middleweight champion Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee. The Thai legend, who captured the title at Lion Fight 62 in Dublin, Ireland, has agreed to a new multi-fight contract. His win over Magnus Andersson in the title bout was the 292nd victory of Sudsakorn’s illustrious career, and he continues to hold the record for the fastest knockout in Muay Thai history – a one-punch KO that took only nine seconds. Sudsakorn (292-56-4) is expected to make his first title defense this spring.

In other signing news:

* Reigning Lion Fight Women’s North American’s Bantamweight champion Whitney Tobin has signed a multi-fight contract extension. Originally from Australia and now living in Texas, Tobin (33-13) claimed the inaugural championship at Lion Fight 54 by taking a unanimous decision over Candice Mitchell. Tobin took time off after that win to start a family and now has a baby daughter.

* Flyweight star Dani Fall, who fights out of Telford, England, has also signed a multi-fight contract and is expected to be the next challenger to reigning Lion Fight World champion Amy Pirnie. The 23-year-old sports a 16-2 record and has won four of her last five fights. Fall’s last outing produced a TKO victory via elbow strikes.

* English sensation Becky Caslin (15-1) has agreed to terms on a multi-fight contract. The 24-year-old super flyweight from Liverpool, who has been a training partner for Pirnie in the past, has already captured a handful of British titles all while completing a Master’s degree.

* American super welterweight Zack Fox, who hails from Kentucky, will make his professional debut later in the year, agreeing to a multi-fight contract after spending a portion of last year training in Hua Hin, Thailand.

Tickets for Lion Fight 63 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Lion Fight 64 in Hutchinson, Kansas, are available at www.lionfight.com.
