New bout named for Lion Fight 70 on UFC FIGHT PASS®

Lance Dixon vs. Jose Montelongo – Super Welterweight
A new super welterweight matchup has been named to the lineup for Lion Fight 70.
With Ian Greer sidelined due to a medical issue, Los Angeles’ Lance Dixon was in need a new opponent, and readily accepting the opportunity is Jose “Scarface” Montelongo.
It’ll be a quick turnaround for Montelongo, who fights out of Arlington, Texas. He earned a second-round TKO victory over Shaun Shubert at Lion Fight 69 on August 27th in Boston, which bumped his record to 2-0.
Lion Fight 70 takes place on Friday, October 8 in Los Angeles and airing live on UFC FIGHT PASS.
